Complete a few warm up sets , then:
75% x 5
85% x 3
Few attempts at a 1RM!
*Make sure you don’t jerk it! Knees bend 1x for the push! They only straighten out and lock out as your arms also lock out!
Prison Burpees (Time)
*continue decreasing burpees by 1 rep after each sprint. Score is the time you complate the 10m sprint after 1 burpee
