Complete a few warm up sets , and then:
75% x 5
85% x 3
1-3 sets of singles. Shooting for a new 1RM
Make smart jumps on the singles. You’ll really only get 1 attempt at a true 1RM
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Get as far as possible in 10 mins…
10 Wall balls 20/14

10 Weighted sit ups 35/25
20 wall balls
30 DU
10 Weighted sit up
30 wall balls
