* You can climb a little on the back squat, but ideally the same weight the whole time
*If working with a partner or 2, be sure to have the weights ready to go as you switch on the back squat station.
*It’s up to you to push hard today on numbers that challenge you! Find the sweet spot right in between 40-45sec. on each station.
