Come join us at HVTribe CrossFit on Thursday, February 20th at 6:30pm, for a conversation with Coach Craig as we explore the benefits and challenges of plant-based eating. We’ll talk about why plant-based eating is becoming so popular, how it can impact weight loss and strength gains, how it differs from other ways of eating, and some easy ways to get started.
Coach Craig loves helping others find their fitness, dial in their nutrition, and reach their health goals. He is an ACE Certified Health Coach, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit L1 Trainer and a healthy living and eating fanatic. He has a certificate in plant-based nutrition from ECornell and is finishing up his AFPA Holistic Nutritionist Certification. He has completed 4 marathons, a 50K mountain ultramarathon, several Tough Mudder and Spartan obstacle races, and numerous other trail and road races. He played college rugby, reached second degree black belt in Soo Bahk Do, and currently loves his time on the trails, in the gym and on the yoga mat.
