Warm-up
Tabata Row or Bike – 20 sec work; 10 sec rest  for 8 rounds
Forward and Side Leg Swings 10 reps each leg, each direction
Squat therapy, squat to ball or box – slow descent.  10 reps – take your time
Back Squat (5-5-5-5)
4 rounds of 5 reps. 1st round empty bar – back squat to box or ball. Build up in weight through reps 2-4
