July 4th Hero WOD

We will Be open From 9am-11am, warmup at 9:15 with a Hero WOD at 9:30. Feel Free to bring friends or family to join us!

We will also be having a potluck brunch after the workout. Please let us know in the HV Tribe Athletes group on Facebook, what you will be bringing.
