Week 6 Double Progression
We are in week 6 of our 8 Week Double progression Strength Program. Your goal is to hit 8 reps for all 3 sets. Once you hit the 8 reps you will increase the load by 5% and drop to 6 reps the following week.

12-15 Weighted DB Sit-ups OR GHD Sit-ups
*** If you did 6 or 7 reps last week you will increase reps by +1 and do the same weight. If you hit 8 reps last week you will increase load by 5% and drop reps to 6
