For today we are doing CrossFit Open WOD 24.2

Below are three options to chose from

These are the same options that we will see in the upcoming CrossFit Open.

The Open runs from February 27th – March 17th

A new WOD will be released Thursday. You will. Have until Monday evening to do the workout and submit your score if you register.

Head over to www.games.crossfit.com and get registered. These WODs will be programmed for the box on that Friday. We will also be hosting Friday night lights with time slots. Bring your friends and family to cheer you on. We will have refreshments and Judges available . Let’s goooooooo tribe!!!

CrossFit Games Open 24.2 Rx (Ages 16-54) (AMRAP – Reps)

As many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

300-meter row*

10 deadlifts

50 double-unders

F: 125lb

M: 185lb

*Each row counts as 30 reps (10m = 1 rep)

CrossFit Games Open 24.2 Scaled (Ages 16-54) (AMRAP – Reps)

As many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

300-meter row

10 deadlifts

50 single-unders

F: 95lb

M: 135lb

CrossFit Games Open 24.2 Foundations (All Ages) (AMRAP – Reps)

As many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

30 strokes on the rower

10 deadlifts

50 single-unders or jumping jacks

F: 55lb*

M: 75lb*

*The load is a suggested starting point. If you are completing all the workouts in the Foundations division, you are free to decrease or increase the load as your skill level allows
