Alternate WOD to CF Open (Time)

10 Rounds

10 Pushups

10 Bent over Rows 95/65

10 PushPress 95/65 (comes from the ground)

15 min Time cap

Cool down

30 sec Foam roll last (each side)

60 sec Foam roll lower and mid back

30 sec Foam roll Glutes (each side )

60 sec child’s pose

We are on week 2 of the CrossFit Open. Just like last week if you plan on doing 26.2 tomorrow you may do the Alternate WOD in today’s program.

The Stamina WOD will be done by everyone after 26.2 or the alternate WOD is done.
