We will be starting this week at about 70% 1RM using the same weight for all 5 sets

all 5 sets at the same weight. For this week we are looking to be at about 70%
You will superset with Power cleans
Power Clean (5 x 3
)
WE will be doing singles today . Drop each lift and reset. Focus on solid technique today. Weight should be between 65% and 75%.
