Max Out Week

Max out week is here! The last 8 weeks we’ve been working hard building reps and load with a deload at weeks 4 and 8. We are coming off of deload so everyone should be feeling good! On Max out days we will only be working on warm-ups, max out lift and accessory work. You will be provided plenty of time.
