The HV Tribe CrossFit trainers guide members through the Workouts Of the Day (WOD), teaching proper movement and scaling to avoid injury, while gaining maximum benefit.
Our community is diverse consisting of all ages, genders, and sizes. In addition to the daily workouts, we have once a month community events and social gatherings.
