Foundations Class Series, June 2019
Our Foundations Class series is the starting point if you are new to CrossFit. During this 4 class series you will learn how to properly and safely perform all the movements that form the basis of CrossFit. During the 2 weeks you will have an opportunity to meet the coaches and to smoothly transition into our regularly scheduled classes.
This series will be held on June 3, 5, 10, and 12.
